Move safely
Choose activity appropriate to your condition, stay aware of roads and surroundings, and never put a challenge ahead of safety. Stop if you feel unwell and seek professional help when needed. The app does not provide medical diagnosis or emergency services.
Records and results
GPS and device measurements can be inaccurate. A finished personal run is not automatically an eligible challenge result; challenge rules require validation. Do not use illustrative cards as proof of real performance.
