Help us understand the issue
Include the app version, iOS version, device model, time and steps to reproduce. Remove health data, routes, names and other personal details from screenshots. Never send passwords, recovery codes, session tokens or authenticator codes.
Accounts and recovery
Sign in with your username and password. A registration invitation is optional. Keep your recovery code safe separately; it resets your password and is different from an administrator authenticator code.
Request account deletion
Choose Delete account in the app account screen and confirm. Once accepted, this locks the account and revokes sessions, then cleans identity details, relationships, your cloud route evidence and encrypted records on this device in stages. Use the receipt saved on this device to check progress. Unresolved appeals hold related evidence. Completion retains minimal technical records needed for shared results; backups are not erased immediately. If you cannot sign in, email the address above with your username; do not include your password or recovery code. Ownership verification may be required.
Local records and shared images
An account deletion request should not be treated as automatically deleting records on other devices, local backups or images you have shared. Review local records and your own backups separately. Manage location and health permissions in iOS Settings.
Report circle content
Report inappropriate circle content from its detail screen or explain the issue by email. Do not send private health or route information as evidence. Circle content review does not determine allegations about a member’s personal behavior.
Availability
App Store release in preparation. No public download yet. This website has no public registration or waitlist form and does not accept workout records.
